Job TitleA Senior SAP EWM Consultant is needed for a challenging role where you will lead the implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions using SAP S/4HANA.A senior consultant to drive strategic projects in Supply Chain and Logistics utilizing SAP EWM and S/4 HANA.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role requires expertise in configuration and implementation of EWM, inbound/outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment & scrapping.Lead cross-functional teams through various stages of project implementation including As-Is/To-Be analysis, requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, training, and deployment.Develop business case and cost justification for all implementation projects.Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide strategic guidance on IT projects.Leverage deep understanding of EWM processes and integration with other modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCM.Drive change management initiatives across the organization to achieve business outcomes.Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP EWM and S/4 HANA projects with strong results.Minimum 8 years of experience working with SAP EWM.Demonstrated ability to build global templates and propose process improvement plans.Experience working in Agile environment and familiarity with DevOps tools.Familiarity with cutover and data migration activities.Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are highly desirable:EWM certification.Manufacturing industry experience.Certification in Scrum Master or similar agile methodologies.Knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
