Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage complex IT projects with tight timelines.Team LeadershipDirect and coordinate large technical teams across multiple projects.Ensure timely delivery of all project modules, meeting quality standards and client expectations.Conduct regular team meetings, task allocation, and workload balancing.Monitor team performance and ensure accountability.Project ManagementTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical tasks.Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and client teams for smooth execution.Drive requirement gathering sessions, functional reviews, and change management.Proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.Client EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients.Present progress updates, demos, and delivery milestones.Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Quality & DocumentationEstablish and implement SDLC processes, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks.Ensure proper documentation: BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, test cases, etc.Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and sign-off processes.Operational EfficiencyDeliver projects within precise timelines with optimized execution.Enhance team productivity through structured processes, reviews, and escalations.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and gaps.
