The company operates across several major industry sectors, including Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Manufacturing & Consumer.Key Focus Areas:The company's key focus areas include Digital Transformation, Enterprise AI, Data & Analytics, and Product Engineering—reflecting its strategic commitment to driving innovation and value for clients across industries.Job Title: Desktop Support EngineerJob Requirements:Prepare for frequent travel to remote areas of mapped location branches as required by the project.Be available Monday to Saturday with no holidays on Saturdays except client site holidays.Job Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer hardware, peripherals, application, networking, and other systems-related issues.Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals as well as application issues.Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components such as memory, hard drives, CPUs, motherboard, screen, and other peripherals as per actual requirements.Conduct hardware repairs and replacements as needed, either on-site or through vendor support channels.Collaborate with other IT staff to troubleshoot complex hardware-related problems and identify root causes.Benefits:The position offers immediate joiners and includes benefits such as competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.Other Information:Should be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues related to Cat5 or Cat6 LAN cables, troubleshoot LAN cables, and perform LAN redressing in switch racks.
