Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to oversee the management, cleansing, classification, and analysis of procurement spend data across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:Cleanse and normalize supplier and transaction data using SQL and Excel-based tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.Classify spend into predefined taxonomies (Direct/Indirect; L1/L2/L3 levels) to facilitate efficient data management.Support mapping and deduplication of supplier records across multiple entities to minimize errors and discrepancies.Validate outputs from AI-driven classification models and correct misclassified data to maintain data integrity.Generate category roll-ups and dashboards for ongoing reporting cycles to provide stakeholders with timely insights.Perform exception handling and QA on recurring spend refresh cycles to identify and resolve issues promptly.Document rules, mapping logic, and change logs for auditability and transparency.Collaborate with engineering and functional teams during data ingestion and refresh cycles to ensure seamless integration.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in SQL and Excel-based tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our organization's procurement strategies and processes.
