User Acquisition Manager RoleAt our organization, we seek a senior User Acquisition Manager to oversee the development of creative testing strategies for top mobile gaming partners.Main Responsibilities:Owning and scaling our structured creative testing framework.Designing test plans, executing multi-channel tests, and analyzing performance data.Collaborating with internal teams to align on performance goals and creative priorities.This role requires 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, specifically in mobile gaming UA, and hands-on experience with Paid Social platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.Proven track record of running structured creative tests at scale.Deep understanding of performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CTI, CPI, IPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV curves, retention signals, etc.Bonus Points: Experience working with mobile gaming top-grossers, familiarity with creative scoring, iteration systems, and machine-learning-based creative insights, or exposure to BI tools or SQL literacy.Required Skills and QualificationsKey Skills:Mobile marketing experience with a focus on user acquisition.Paid Social platform expertise, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.DSP experience across Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, and/or Programmatic DSPs.Educational Background:5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, specifically in mobile gaming UA.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
