The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, compounding medications, and ensuring pharmacy practice standards are adhered to. Daily tasks include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, preparing and distributing medications, monitoring patient drug therapies, and providing drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.QualificationsB Pharm / D Pharm / Graduate with Hospital Pharmacy Work ExperiencePharmacy, Medicine, and Pharmacy Practice skillsPharmaceutical Care and Compounding skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBilling Software / Hospital Management Software / Basic Excel is desiredRegistered Pharmacist licenseExperience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
