Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational Weekly Off: Depending on workload Joining Timeline: Immediate Experience: 16+ yearsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer (Cisco ACI – Level 4) with 16+ years of experience in enterprise networking and data center infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for leading complex Cisco ACI implementations, optimizing network performance, ensuring high availability, and acting as a subject matter expert for all ACI-related operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage Cisco ACI fabrics including APIC clusters, leaf/spine architecture, multi-site and multi-tenant setups.Integrate and manage L4/L7 services (firewalls, load balancers, WAFs) through service insertion and service graphs.Define and enforce ACI policies, contracts, EPGs, and bridge domains for traffic control and segmentation.Lead network migration and transformation projects ensuring minimal downtime.Integrate ACI with virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.Troubleshoot and resolve complex ACI and network issues while maintaining high uptime.Prepare HLD/LLD documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.Drive automation using scripting and configuration management tools like Python, Ansible, and REST APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, and applications) to align network strategy with business needs.Mentor and guide network engineers, providing technical leadership and support for escalations.Required Skills & Experience16+ years of experience in enterprise-level networking and data center environments.Expert-level knowledge of Cisco ACI, Nexus platforms, and data center fabric technologies.Strong command of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and overlay/underlay technologies (VXLAN, EVPN).Hands-on experience in network automation (Python, Ansible, REST API).Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in mission-critical networks.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to handle L4-level escalations.Preferred QualificationsCCIE (Data Center / Enterprise) or equivalent advanced certifications.Experience in SDN, NFV, hybrid/multi-cloud networking, and container-based networking.Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools.HighlightsOpportunity to work on advanced Cisco ACI environments.Involvement in high-availability, large-scale network projects.Exposure to cutting-edge data center and automation technologies.Excellent growth and learning potential.
