We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled QE Architect to lead our Quality Engineering team in designing and implementing effective UI and API automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Groovy language, Spec & Geb framework for UI automation, and Rest Assured for API automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop a scalable and maintainable UI automation framework using Groovy language and Spec & Geb framework.
Develop automated tests for web applications, including login, navigation, and data entry.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Design and develop a scalable and maintainable API automation framework using Rest Assured.
Develop automated tests for RESTful APIs, including request and response validation.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Maintain and update the UI and API automation frameworks to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize new features and requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test data and test environments.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive test automation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain a test automation roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA.
Communicate technical ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and prioritize process improvements to enhance test automation efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain metrics and analytics to measure process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
Expertise in Groovy language and Spec & Geb framework for UI automation.
Expertise in Rest Assured for API automation.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Groovy language and Spec & Geb framework.
Rest Assured.
Selenium WebDriver.
Appium.
Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
