Job Title: Senior graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai (Full-time)

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and lead creative projects that inspire and engage audiences.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions across various platforms. You’ll mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that every project aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative design process from concept to execution for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, copywriting, and video teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication.
  • Oversee and mentor juniors, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Work on branding projects, logo creation, visual identity systems, and campaign concepts, web/app UI, social media and ad creative designs.
  • Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Review & refine designs to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setup.
  • Expertise in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma (knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects is a plus).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, innovative, and versatile designs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in team management or mentoring is preferred.
