This role is pivotal in the development and refinement of high-quality STEM content, ensuring AI responses are accurate and easy to understand.Data Creation & Content QualityDevelop accurate step-by-step solutions and clear explanations for STEM questions across all difficulty levels.Evaluate content against quality rubrics, style guidelines, and strong pedagogical principles.Harness conceptual reasoning and address common misconceptions effectively.AI Response ReviewAssess AI-generated answers for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.Provide actionable feedback to enhance model performance and accuracy.Contribute to building benchmark datasets and 'ground truth' responses.Subject ExpertiseApply academic fundamentals aligned with top Indian undergraduate standards and JEE (Mains + Advanced).Suggest alternative solving approaches when applicable and beneficial.CollaborationFoster collaboration with STEM Leads and fellow raters to ensure consistency and seamless workflows.Report blockers proactively and meet defined timelines and expectations.A B.Tech graduate from any IIT is mandatory. A JEE Advanced qualification is also essential. Strong conceptual understanding in relevant STEM subjects is required. Excellent written communication skills are necessary for success.
