We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing advanced analytics tracking frameworks, ensuring seamless data collection, and enabling accurate insights across digital platforms.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement AEP Web SDK and Adobe Launch (Data Collection) for web and app tagging.Develop XDM Schemas and event-driven data layers for consistent data capture across platforms.Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business needs into effective tracking strategies.Test and debug tags using tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy, or similar.Support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) setup and validation for end-to-end user journey measurement.Validate data, troubleshoot, and ensure alignment between data design and analytics reporting.Maintain implementation documentation and technical specifications.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics Implementation or Tag Management.Strong knowledge of:AEP Web SDKAdobe Launch / Data CollectionCustomer Journey Analytics (CJA)Web & App Tagging ImplementationXDM Schemas and Event-Driven Data LayersTag Testing with Debugging ToolsSQL and JavaScriptExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Edge Network or Adobe Analytics migration projects.Experience integrating multiple data sources for unified analytics.Familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
