This role focuses on implementing frameworks and processes to maintain high data integrity, forming the backbone for analytics, insights, and operational decision-making.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on the analytics platform, driving adoption and ensuring end-to-end data integrity. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to define KPIs and develop dashboards and reports tracking user engagement, feature adoption, and campaign performance. Implement and manage automated data quality testing and validation within ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt tests, Great Expectations). Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and GraphQL to identify and resolve data quality issues. Own and maintain the data quality assurance framework, proactively investigating and addressing data discrepancies. Partner with source system owners and analysts to define, document, and enforce data standards and best practices. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or data engineering roles. Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data profiling, analysis, and validation. Strong understanding of ETL/ELT development and data modeling concepts. Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical, data-driven approach to problem-solving. Desired Skills: Programming experience in Python for building custom data quality checks and automation. Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience.
