We are looking for a highly skilled QA professional to join our team in delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Develop and maintain automated test suites using the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure regression, functional, and integration testing of ServiceNow applications.Create comprehensive test cases across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or custom applications based on project requirements.Collaborate with consultants and developers to translate business requirements into test scenarios.The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with test automation tools, a solid understanding of ServiceNow's functional capabilities, and basic administrative knowledge of the platform. Key responsibilities include:Conduct manual testing, including functional, UI, integration, negative testing, and UAT support.Log, track, and validate defects through ServiceNow or similar tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.Support platform upgrade testing and verify out-of-box functionalities.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in IT QA with at least 1–2 years in ServiceNow testing.Strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF)—test steps, parameterization, reusable components, suite execution.Understanding of ServiceNow platform: forms, tables, workflows, client/server scripts, ACLs, integrations, and service mapping.Benefits of this RoleOpportunity to work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.Chance to develop and enhance your technical skills in test automation and ServiceNow.Flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs.About This Job
