Infrastructure Networking Specialist

Network Infrastructure ManagerWe seek an expert Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our networks. This includes procuring, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment.Main Responsibilities:Manage office networks (LAN / WAN), internet providers, telco coordination, and migration to national AT&T network plans.Implement security measures: Bitdefender, Microsoft Defender, Outlook, hosting, access control.Host and manage domains: GoDaddy, domain acquisition/renewal, DNS management, SSL certificate renewals.Configure and troubleshoot Zoom: setup, call routing, app installations.Manage servers and remote access: Trams hosting, Remote PCs, vendor coordination.Supervise the India Support Team: desktop support, access management, ticket resolution.To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in Network/System Administration, strong knowledge of network, hosting & domain management, and the ability to manage vendors and internal IT support.
