Job Title: A Senior AI and Machine Learning Engineer We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior AI and Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing AI solutions using deep learning and NLP, with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras. As a key member of our team, you will guide a group of engineers to ensure the successful deployment of projects that leverage AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and deployment of AI models, especially those generating content such as text, images, or other media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop proposals tailored to their needs. 2. Model Development: Design, implement, and deploy advanced AI solutions using various frameworks and tools. 3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers, setting strategies for AI model development and deployment, and ensuring these align with business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Strong technical skills in AI/ML, including hands-on expertise in NLP, computer vision, programming, and related concepts. 2. Excellent leadership skills, capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers. 3. Proficiency in implementing and optimizing AI solutions using deep learning and NLP, with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras. 4. Experience working with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc., along with experience in LLM integration frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex, AgentGPT, etc. 5. Strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns. 6. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 7. Experience deploying AI/ML solutions as a service or REST API endpoints on Cloud or Kubernetes. 8. Knowledge of information security and secure development best practices. 9. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field. 10. 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
