This person will be involved in leading and scoping requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid solution design, and working with the development team to deliver smooth implementation. This person will be involved in leading a technology product team in designing, configuring, and implementing the most appropriate technological solution based on business requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery process including resource allocation, serving as the primary interface with the client, and directing a cross-functional team to achieve established goals.The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and technical background in end-to-end software development lifecycle, proficiency in managing complex integration projects and ensuring compliance with privacy standards is essential. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Roles & Responsibilities:Requirement gathering for Supply Chain Planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing of cycle times and productivity improvementTranslate business requirements into clear fit gat analysis and actionable user requirements for configurations, design and implement in RapidResponse systemDesign and develop technical specifications with Kinaxis RapidResponse - working on different planning modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Master Production Schedule, etcConfigure the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design resources including worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, application of different control sets, etc.  as per approved agile user stories and blueprint designs.Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution produces the expected resultsDevelop and maintain System Architecture models (e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record (e.g. Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture tools)Update solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transferSupport data integration with multiple sources and target systems like SAP S/4 HANA using Data lakes and API architectureWork with Kinaxis product vendors to optimize performance and automate processes for sustained value delivery.Leverage cutting-edge innovations in cloud technologies to achieve process efficiencies through automations using AI/ML, and agentic AI chatbotsCollaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locationsBe a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholdersPartner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Technical User Stories, Partners with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler workBasic Qualifications and Experience:Master's degree with 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field ORBachelor's degree with 8 -10 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related fieldFunctional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Strong functional and system knowledge in the following Kinaxis RapidResponse applications: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MEIO, Capacity Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Master Production Schedule, Sales & Operations planning8+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse systems using Demand, Supply, DRP, MEIO, Capacity planning, Process Orchestration with Command-and-Control Center5+ years of experience working as a Maestro (RapidResponse) Solution ArchitectPrior Solution developer experience of 2-3 projects on Kinaxis RapidResponse platform across industry verticalsExperience in various RapidResponse planning analytics like Netting, CTP, MLS, production wheel, campaign planning and Supply.AIFacilitating business process design, requirements gathering, conducting fit gap analysis and ability to write and design technical solutions leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilitiesAbility to provide Functional specifications and process flows, adopting Kinaxis RapidResponse platform to Development team, ensure requirements are tested and own the UAT, End user training, and Post deployment enhancementsUnderstanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deploymentDevelop and maintain System Architecture models (e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record (e.g. Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture tools)Knowledge of sprint-based planning and estimations required for implementationGood-to-Have Skills:Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud hands on experienceWorking knowledge of integrations suite using API's or 3rd
