This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Proven hands-on experience with FircoSoft solutions, including Firco Screening BOX and latest Firco modules.Strong understanding of Firco architecture, components, and deployment patterns across complex financial environments.Core Expertise:Experience installing and configuring FircoSoft products, including activities involving modifications to existing application infrastructure.Integration of AI-based modules and hit-resolution components.Development and maintenance of rule sets (e.g., Auto Hit Qualifier, Workflow Accelerator) to improve alert quality.Key Skills:Solid knowledge of Firco ADAPTER and related orchestration layers.Ability to integrate FircoSoft with upstream/downstream systems (transaction systems, case management, messaging layers).Preferred Skills:Exposure to AML/Compliance screening processes.Experience working with large financial institutions or system integrators on FircoSoft rollouts.Languages:Mandatory: English, fluent written and spoken;Optional: other European language
