A key position in our organization is available for a skilled professional who can drive business outcomes through the application of data science and technology.A Data Scientist with 5–7 years of experience in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics is sought after to take on this challenge. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building predictive models, developing feature-engineering pipelines, conducting exploratory data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing experiments, creating production-ready model pipelines, and monitoring model performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop statistical models (classification, regression, uplift, clustering, forecasting) to inform business decisions.Create feature-engineering pipelines using large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and opportunities.Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to segment behaviors and identify business opportunities.Collaborate with product, data engineering, and business teams to define analytical requirements and ensure seamless integration.Design and evaluate A/B/n experiments to measure the impact of different variables on business outcomes.Develop production-ready model pipelines in collaboration with ML engineers to ensure scalability and reliability.Monitor model performance, drift, and KPI impact over time to optimize business results.Required SkillsStrong background in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics with 5–7 years of experience.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Databricks for data processing and storage.Hands-on experience with model deployment workflows and MLOps fundamentals.Nice to HaveExperience with telecom analytics, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, or simulation models.
