This full-time, junior-level position seeks individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in laboratory settings. As a Laboratory Technician, you will contribute to providing quality healthcare services through accurate laboratory testing and analysis. Join us to make a difference in patient care by utilizing your expertise in the health care industry.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in operating laboratory equipment, ensuring all devices are used accurately and effectively (Mandatory skill).Experience in preparing samples for analysis, adhering to strict protocols to maintain integrity (Mandatory skill).Strong data entry skills, ensuring accurate recording of all laboratory results and details (Mandatory skill).In-depth understanding of biochemistry to perform detailed chemical analyses of biological specimens.Knowledge of hematology, proficient in testing and interpreting blood-related laboratory results.Competence in microscopy to examine samples at microscopic levels, providing detailed information.Attention to detail in conducting laboratory tests with high precision, ensuring reliable and accurate results.Ability to follow strict safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe laboratory environment for all.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct routine laboratory tests and procedures under the guidance of senior technicians and pathologists.Prepare samples for testing, maintaining accuracy and adherence to prescribed protocols.Accurately record and report results of laboratory tests, ensuring precise data entry into systems.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.Ensure laboratory safety protocols are consistently followed to maintain a safe working environment.Communicate effectively with medical and non-medical staff to ensure efficient laboratory operations.Maintain proper documentation and records of laboratory activities for reference and regulatory compliance.
