These material groups represent a spend of ~650 EuroLead a team of 3-4 WL 1sCollaborate with global buyers to achieve strategic objectives of the BG in the regionWork on the decarbonization agenda for relevant materials from procurement side for IndiaThis would involve collaborating with global teams to put in place short-, medium- and long-term programmes to achieve Home Care Clean Future (renewable materials and GHG emission reductions) goalsLead the HC Material forecasting process for IndiaProfessional Skills:Candidate should be minimum a graduate with 10-15 years of experience in Procurement/ Procurement Operations preferably within FMCGSkills/CompetenciesAbility to work in a hugely diverse, cross-cultural business environmentStrong stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinkingSelf-driven with the ability to work independentlyProblem solving skills to analyse the situation & take decisions to support the business needsMust be a self-starter with strong Bias for Action, Accountability & responsibility and Growth MindsetInfluencing others and holding them accountable for their actions.Relationship management both external and internalMust be good in communications – as interaction is at the heart of this role. Experience Required:10-15+ years of work experience in a Procurement/ Supply Chain / ManufacturingTravel: Low levels (~25%)Contacts:Internal:Business teams (Marketing, Finance, R&D & Supply Chain)Procurement teams – Global & LocalExternal:Suppliers – New & ExistingSustainability ecosystem – Certifying agencies, technology providers, AcademiaGovernment functionaries Reporting Channel:VP Home Care - Procurement Director Home Care, IndiaAll official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
