We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio intelligence company, you will play a crucial role in building the future of institutional-grade finance software.This is not your typical analyst gig. Our analysts work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to drive innovation and excellence.The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with experience in buy-side financial institutions or top-tier investment banks. Excellent Excel skills are a must.Responsibilities:Presentation and analysis of financial data using charts, tables, and Excel.Analyzing financial reports, market, and asset performance to identify key trends and insights.Interpreting information about yield, price, risk, stability, and other factors that impact investment decisions.Developing deep understanding of quantitative risk modeling to improve commercial risk models and portfolio analytics.Conducting unit economic and financial analysis to inform business decisions.Working closely with data engineering and data science teams to source relevant metrics and data.Requirements:Top-tier education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with honors (8.0+ GPA mandatory). Preferably from an IIT/IIM/top global university. MBA/CFA/FRM is a strong plus.At least 2 years of experience in a front-office financial role (typically, Investment Banking, or Investment Due Diligence).Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.Able to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to solve problems.Aptitude and interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and the latest trends.Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results (MS Excel).Preferred Locations:Remote, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, or Coimbatore are preferred locations.
