Job SummaryThe Unit Head will lead a customer operating unit, driving product development, implementation, and operations across various digital and physical channels under the Bharat Bill Payment System.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the product strategy, design, and implementation of BBPS COU across the Bank's ecosystem.Drive COU enablement across Digital Channels, Branch Banking, ATM, and Micro ATM platforms.Identify, evaluate, and onboard Agent Institutions in alignment with regulatory and business guidelines.Oversee onboarding and management of Agents, ensuring activation, monitoring, and ongoing support.Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Channel heads for smooth product rollout and integration.Ensure end-to-end compliance with NPCI, RBI, and BBPS guidelines, including transaction security, reconciliation, and dispute management.Develop and manage product roadmap, including new features, enhancements, and automation initiatives.Drive growth through channel optimization and merchant ecosystem expansion.Prepare and present performance dashboards, KPIs, and strategic reports to senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and support the team to achieve operational and strategic goals.RequirementsA degree in MBA or B-Tech IT or Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience.8-12 years of experience in Digital Banking Products; experience in BBPS is an advantage.A strong understanding of BBPS COU operations, NPCI guidelines, and multi-channel implementation.Experience in agent/biller network management and digital ecosystem development.Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
