Responsibility:Coordinate maintenance and repairs:Schedule and oversee both preventative maintenance and urgent repairs with authorized service centers or internal technicians. This includes managing vendor relationships and comparing repair estimates.Track vehicle health:Maintain detailed records for each vehicle, including service history, inspections, insurance, and other key documentation. Monitor overall fleet performance, tracking vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and total maintenance costs.Ensure compliance:Keep all vehicles properly licensed and registered, and ensure all fleet operations comply with local and national transportation laws.Manage daily operations: Help with driver management, scheduling, and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are followed.Generate reports:Prepare and submit regular reports to management on fleet status, maintenance costs, and overall performance.Support cost optimization: Actively look for ways to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
