And to build and strengthen this superpower, we're on the lookout for an amazing Lead Data AnalystExperience: 6-8 yearsLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to insight delivery.- Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations for senior leadership.- Prioritize and manage multiple analytical projects across the organization.- Develop and enhance analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.- Collaborate with data engineering teams to shape data models, pipelines, and infrastructure.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.- Build dashboards and automated reporting using tools such Metabase, Tableau etc.- Partner with product, marketing, operations, finance, and other business units to understand analytical needs.- Influence decision-making by grounding discussions in data-driven evidence.- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of data analysts.- Conduct code reviews, ensure analytical quality, and promote skill developmentRequirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field.- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.- Expertise in Metabase- Proven ability to lead analytics projects and manage stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business narratives.- Experience leading or mentoring analyst teams.(Preferred )- Familiarity with AWS- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.- Expertise in BI tools such as Looker / Power BI etcWhy work at Open?- You will be part of the early tribe that is changing the way business banking rolls.- Every atom of your work will impact the way millions of businesses are run.- You will work with some of the brightest minds who will celebrate your quirks.- You will find growth & fun to be two-way streets - how you thrive and the way you jive, in turn drives Open.
