At Inkline Atelier, we pride ourselves on being a creative playground where ideas come alive and emotions take center stage.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and internal coordination, making it an excellent learning opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordinationMaintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processesAssist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, warning letters, and internal noticesCoordinate with team members for attendance, leave records, and basic payroll supportSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal culture-building activitiesEnsure confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR-related informationProvide administrative support to the HR team as requiredRequirements & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time-management abilitiesBasic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices (preferred, not mandatory)Proficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to maintain confidentiality and professional ethicsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentSalary & BenefitsStipend Range: Based on experience and interview.Perks: Career growth opportunities, festival holidays, performance bonus, and a creative, high-energy work culture.Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
