About the role Altellect is building multiple B2C and B2B ventures in parallel, each with its own design systems, user journeys, and go-to-market timelines. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the user experience across ventures by building scalable, high-performance, modular frontend systems. You will be responsible for delivering production-ready interfaces, setting up reusable component libraries, collaborating closely with product and design teams, and ensuring smooth integration with backend systems built in a fast-paced venture-building environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on ownership, technical rigor, and building frontends that scale across multiple products. JD & Key Responsibilities Product Development Build high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using React/Next.js or equivalent modern frameworks. Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, performant implementations. Develop reusable UI components, shared libraries, and frontend architecture patterns for multi-venture reuse. Implement client-side state management using Redux / Zustand / Recoil / Query frameworks. Systems & Architecture Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices across ventures. Optimize applications for speed, user experience, SEO, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with backend engineers to design efficient APIs, data flows, and integration points. Ensure frontend security, accessibility, and reliability across products. Collaboration & Ownership Work with product managers and designers to create intuitive, user-first interfaces. Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering excellence. Partner with QA to strengthen automation, testing frameworks, and release quality. Ensure documentation, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines are consistent across ventures. Experience / Background (Short & Mandatory)5+ years hands-on backend engineering. Strong microservices & event-driven architecture experience. Expertise in .NET / Java–Spring Boot / Node.js (any one). Strong DB skills: MySQL or MongoDB. Message brokers & integrations: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, REST. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring tools. Degree in CS or equivalent engineering field.
