We provide technology solutions and business services, including finance, accounting, information technology, global security, legal, payroll and benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management, to help Publicis Groupe agencies do what they do best: create and innovate for their clients.About the RoleThe Senior Associate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring services and materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including I.T., operations, and finance, to ensure that procurement strategies align with business goals and objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage discovery and preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ as required using the approved Procurement toolkit documentation and processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify cost-saving opportunitiesConduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilitiesSupport the implementation of procurement strategies that optimize the cost, quality, and delivery of goods and servicesSupport the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management to achieve the best value for the organizationMonitor & Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance, and implement corrective actions as neededStay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain managementMonitor market trends and potential research suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunitiesLiaise with the Vendor Management team to ensure continuity of supply and risk management of strategic contracts, making sure that the delivery matches the objectives and deliverables as set out in the contract schedules.Liaise with other stakeholders like Legal, Global Security, Data Privacy, and IT teams during the process.QualificationsEducated to degree level or equivalentCIPS qualified or working towards a CIPS qualification or related fieldRequired SkillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skillsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsSound financial analytical skills and a good understanding of contract lawMinimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing strategic sourcing and supplier managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAwareness of regulation and legislation on the markets involvedProven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a team/remote environmentA proven team player with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize deliverables in line with organizational strategyProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAP and Ariba is a plusTimezone adjustment may be required when working on Global projects
