Cloud Architecture SpecialistThis is a customer-facing role where you will play a key part in guiding customers on their SAP landscape for the RISE Platform. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and advising customers on the setup and build process of their to-be landscapes.As an architect, there will be no hands-on work, but rather focus on discussing landscape architectures with customer leaders and technical teams.The scope of this role offers opportunities to learn new technologies on SAP products, including S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, access to internal training and learning materials is provided for gaining knowledge in latest technologies.Key Responsibilities:Bill of Material Review & Analysis: Validate the accuracy of Bill Of Material to ensure only current product versions are selected for building on the SAP RISE platform.Technical validation of customer landscape: Perform technical validation of customer landscape to validate Product version build viability.Analyzing Early Watch Reports & Technical Data: Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to provide valuable insights to customers.Work closely with Sales Team: Work closely with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be sizing.Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: Provide support to customers during the pre-signature phase.Prepare Technical Assessments: Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer.Conduct Technical Assessments: Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.Perform workshops with customer: Perform workshops with customer (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).Customer Deal Support – Post Signature: Provide support to customers during the post-signature phase.Onboarding Questionnaire Support: Assist customers with Onboarding Questionnaire.
