We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain process.The Supply Chain Managers responsibilities include strategizing and planning supply chain operations, optimizing processes and systems, overseeing purchasing, inventory, transportation and warehousing, and negotiating with suppliers and customers.Ideal candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of supply chain processes.The goal is to ensure efficiency and productivity of our supply chain operations in order to meet customer satisfaction and boost our companys profitability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategiesOversee and manage complete supply chain process, including purchasing, inventory, transportation, and warehousingAnalyse and optimize supply chain processesNegotiate with suppliers and customersDevelop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributorsMonitor and forecast upcoming levels of demandEnsure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standardsAssess and manage operational and financial risksCollaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthDevelop and maintain detailed reports of supply chain metrics.QualificationsProven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in logisticsSolid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systemsAbility to lead and manage a teamStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent negotiation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in MS Office and databasesBSc/BA in logistics, business administration or relevant fieldCertification in supply chain management is a plus
