Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage our inventory and purchasing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of goods, and ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels. This role will involve working closely with suppliers, monitoring product stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of the procurement function.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management or purchasing.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and optimize inventory levels.
  • Knowledge on import documentation added advantage.
  • Coordination with Logistic Companies, Freight Forwarders and optimization of Freight costs.


Other:

  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and procurement standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
