About the PositionAs a PLM Specialist, you will design and integrate scalable solutions using Windchill PDMLink. You will work on workflows, business rules, and system integrations to deliver high-quality products.Main Responsibilities:Customize and configure Windchill modules including Change Management and Document management.Develop workflows, business rules, and extend functionality via REST/OData APIs and Info*Engine.Integrate Windchill with ERP/CAD systems such as Creo, CATIA, and SolidWorks; build custom UI and reporting using JSP, JavaScript, XML.Troubleshoot performance, access, and data integrity issues.Manage build/release pipelines and support Windchill upgrades/migrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Key Requirements:3–12 years of experience in Windchill development (PDMLink) and Java/J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML, SQL.Experience with BRF, REST/OData APIs, Info*Engine, and Windchill integrations.Strong understanding of PLM concepts, product lifecycle processes, and CAD data management.Exposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.Preferred: Experience with Windchill 12.x/13.x upgrades, SaaS deployments, and data management.Your Skills:Broad technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.Aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to changing project requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
