Role OverviewJob Title: UX Designer (3–5 Years Experience)Location: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3–5 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with Stylist (fashion industry), engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into thoughtful and impactful designs.Key Responsibilities• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and behaviours• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs• Work closely with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and smoothimplementation.• Create design systems, interaction patterns, and guidelines for consistent UI and UX• Conduct usability evaluations and deliver insights for continuous design improvement• Present design ideas, decisions, and logic to stakeholders with clarity and confidence• Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practicesRequirements• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, design process, and user-centric thinking• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator etc.• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
