About the RoleThis is a global leadership position that involves overseeing transactional activities across multiple units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process management, automation, and standardization.Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline transactional processes, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these challenges.The role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop remote teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving change and implementing process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) in transactional areas.Develop end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge and expertise to guide service providers in improving efficiency.Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes.Define and update risk and control matrices (RACM) and review audit findings.Provide support and guidance to business stakeholders through implementation of standardized processes and controls.RequirementsA qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in P2P or semi-qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop remote teams.Non-positional influencing skills.Hands-on experience with accounting principles and procedures.Internal accounting standards knowledge.Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.English proficiency.BenefitsAt our organization, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
