What are we looking for?


Must-Have:

1.Experience in administering and troubleshooting in any of OEM technologies - Zoom, Mitel, Five9, Avaya, AudioCodes, SBCs...etc. and monitoring.

2. Hands On Experience on the OEM IPT/PBX/Telephony, Voice mail systems technologies.

3. Experience on other voice platforms like Zoom, Mitel, Five9, Audio Codes and other SBCs, Analog GWs, Avaya, and other OEM systems, AudioCodes, SBCs/GWs/CUBEs, Analog GWs, Attendant Console, Auto Attendant, Cisco video end points and infrastructure.

4. Must have expert knowledge on Contact Center Application design & Integration.

5. Must have skill to articulate the overall design to the customer IT and the business team.

6. Hands On Experience to setup the new Contact Center, Scripting, Call Flow Changes & schedule holiday

7. Integration & Configuration Voice Logger for Virtual hold, Nuance, ASR, TTS, Call Center Reporting, WFM, Analytics, Social miner

8. Architecture design and standards experience, Engineering services.

9. Must possess good troubleshooting skills and ability to Analyse contact center systems, to identify and resolve system issues.

10. Hands-on technical knowledge - Configuring and troubleshooting of contact center.

11. Must have good hands-on experience on Cisco CUBE (Cisco Unified Border Element).

12. Experience in contact center adjunct technologies like WFM (Work Force Management), Analytics, TTS (text to speech), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), and other components in contact center.

13. Hands On Experience to setup the new contact center, Scripting.

14. Must have skill to articulate the overall design to the customer IT and the business team.

15. Hands on experience on any on-premises and cloud solutions

16. Good knowledge of the H.323, SIP and ISDN PRI Voice Circuit, G711, G729, TCP/IP, UDP Protocols

17. Must have experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Desk Phone (Hardphone and Softphone), user related issues and features.

18. Must possess good troubleshooting skills and ability to Analyse voice systems, to identify and resolve system issues.

19. Integration & Configuration Voice and screen recording

20. Experience on Recording Server (NICE, Variant, Calabrio, AQM or other)

21. Excellent communication with interpersonal skills, and good experience in handling the customers.

22. Flexible to work in 24x7 environment.



Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
