About the Role

You will write and configure code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications. You are expected to participate in code reviews, identify issues or deviations from the best possible practices, and collaborate on component-level technical designs. You will be assisting others in analyzing the root cause of software problems and resolving them, identifying, improvements in processes at the team level to support operations and the development of the ecosystem. You will also provide software release support, mentor and train new associates within the team, and training programs. Additionally, You will also be expected to provide guidance on high-level architecture and consult with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Job description

Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in Software Engineering / Information Technology as a lead in solving real-world problems.


  • Proficient with Java, RESTful API, Microservices
  • Proficient with React JS, JavaScript, Ruby, cloud
  • Proficient in SQL Queries with Oracle or any Backend technologies.
  • Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS/OCI/AZURE is a must.
  • Proficient in collaborating with counterparts to understand requirements in detail and come up with design, and task breakdown.
  • Proficient in writing optimized code and ensuring quality, performance, and security of the product


Responsibilities


As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging, or crafting of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design, and implement changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
