We are looking for a Ticketing Systems Specialist with Capital Markets experience to monitor system uptime, performance, and stability across critical trading windows. The role focuses on real-time system monitoring, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations during market hours. This is not an Incident Manager or Delivery Manager role.Key Responsibilities:Monitor uptime, latency, and performance of ticketing and operational systems.Track and report system downtime or degradation, especially during market hours.Coordinate with Technology, DevOps, Ops, Risk, Compliance & Support teams for RCA and status updates.Prepare daily/weekly uptime reports and maintain accurate system health logs.Escalate alerts promptly and follow up until closure.Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in system monitoring/application support in Capital Markets/Broking/FinTech.Understanding of trading operations, OMS/RMS, exchange processes, and market-hour dependencies.Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, etc.).Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.PreferredExperience in stockbroking platforms or BFSI operations.Ability to work effectively during high-volume/volatile trading sessions.Benefits Imagine joining a team where your well-being is paramount, offering you full access to fitness facilities, virtual medical consultations, and flexible leave options.
