The team leverages the clinical and scientific knowledge and applies this knowledge to our clients’ business problems to reach to various target audiences such as medical affairs teams, sales reps, physicians, nurses, and patients across different therapy areas. In light of this, the role holder in Content Solutions would get an opportunity to learn and partner with healthcare clients on various projects.The Job entails the following but not limited to:-Develop, review and edit scientific and medical content meeting International Quality Standards and client and/or Indegene guidelines for any of the capabilities listed below-Training materials for medical affairs teams, sales reps and other internal audiences within pharma/biotech companies-Training and Continuous Medical Education (CME) for physicians and nurses-Medical information deliverables such as standard response documents, FAQs-Medical communication deliverables such as slide decks, infographics, brochures, videos, newsletters etc-Medical congresses related materials such as pre congress reports, executive summaries, postersPublications•Develop and prepare content based on target audience (physicians, patients etc.) and mode of deployment (print, web, multi-channels) – within the specified time for multiple deliverables•Deliver content within the specified time period that is rated high on scientific knowledge, comprehensiveness, and quality•Interact with team members to blend the content with creative and/or technology for projects based on the client needs•Interact and defend content based on scientific evidence and facts•Demonstrate passion to learn and write for different therapy areas, markets, and deliverable types•Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills•Be up-to-date with the latest technical /scientific / regulatory developments and applying the learnings on various projects•Ability to collaborate with team members in order to achieve project objectives and milestonesJob Specification:•Education: PhD•Work environment: Willingness to work in a Global Working ModelWho are we looking for?We are looking for people who have/can:•Passion for application in healthcare and life science knowledge in a business context•Strong problem-solving skills for all challenges•Good analytical ability•Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders•Drive and ambition to continuously learn and grow•Application of knowledge based on facts and dataLocation: This position will be based out of India, BangaloreDesignation/Title: Junior Associate - Scientific Writing
