We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Mobile Software Development Consultant to
drive the development of high-quality iOS and Android applications using React Native. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, extensive experience with React
Native, and proven leadership skills to guide a development team in delivering robust and scalable
mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Mobile Development Projects: Oversee the development lifecycle of iOS and Android
applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
● Technical Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in React Native and associated technologies
to architect, design, and implement innovative mobile solutions.
● Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of developers,
fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers,
backend developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and cohesive
project development.
● Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
in code quality, version control, and testing procedures.
● Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance to enhance user experience and
meet the demands of high-traffic usage.
● Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide
innovative solutions to overcome development challenges.
● Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mobile
development, particularly in React Native and mobile app frameworks.
● Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mobile software development, with at least 3 years in
developing iOS and Android applications using React Native.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
○ Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
○ Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
● Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project
deliverables.
● Soft Skills:
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
○ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
○ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Tools & Technologies:
○ Familiarity with mobile development tools and CI/CD processes (e.g., Git, Jenkins,
Bitrise).
○ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
● Certifications: Relevant certifications in React Native or mobile app development.
● Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio of published mobile applications.
● Experience with Modern Practices: Familiarity with modern state management libraries
like Redux or MobX, and experience in integrating mobile applications with cloud services
and APIs.
