Senior Operations ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of operational activities across multiple companies, including managing staff, leading teams, and overseeing claims and fleet operations.Leadership & Team Management: Lead internal teams in India & Australia, monitor KPIs, task completion, and staff discipline, resolve staffing issues, performance gaps, and operational bottlenecks.Financial & Reporting: Review daily performance numbers, pending claims, bookings, and expenses, approve invoices, workshop bills, and supplier payments, prepare and submit reports directly to the business owner.Process Improvement: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across rentals, claims, and workshop, improve efficiencies, reduce operational costs, introduce new systems, tools, and workflow automation.Strategic Support: Attend management meetings, act as a bridge between the owner and teams, take responsibility for sensitive and confidential matters.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in senior operations management role.Proven track record of leadership and team management.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with financial management and reporting.Experience with process improvement and implementation of SOPs.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.Professional development and growth opportunities.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging opportunity, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter.
