Job TitleA high-level systems administrator is needed to manage and maintain Windows environments, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.Responsibilities:Administer Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2019, Domain Controllers, DNS, user authentication, and other operational systems as required.Develop and implement scripts for identity management and user/group administration using Directory Services.Provide technical oversight of existing implementations and administrative practices, including account and network administration, GPOs, OUs, DNS, etc.Manage user, group, and computer objects, and create Group Policy using the Group Policy Management Console.Collaborate in data cleansing efforts, including duplicate user ID remediation, Directory Information Tree (DIT) redesign, Group Policy Object consolidation, access restrictions, and auditing.Offer basic training and support for design and administrative team members on system deployment solutions, such as SCCM and Ghost.Serve as an in-house expert on best practices and efficient solutions to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, ensuring proper implementation and leveraging of identity management solutions.Develop service specifications for other systems, including permissions modification, deletion, role definitions, reclassification, and access management related functions.Maintain the enterprise identity management infrastructure and develop workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management system.
