Position Overview:

The Fashion Sales Consultant at Āroka is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between fashion trends and revenue generation. As a key member of our team, you’ll leverage your passion for style and your sales acumen to drive customer engagement and boost sales. If you’re adept at turning fashion insights into meaningful customer interactions, this role is perfect for you


Key Responsibilities:


1.Personalized Styling: Provide one-on-one fashion advice to clients, tailoring recommendations based on their preferences, body type, and lifestyle.

2.Product Knowledge: Deeply understand Āroka’s product offerings, including sustainable and ethically produced garments.

3.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary items.

4.Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.

5.Online Presence: Leverage social media platforms to showcase Āroka’s fashion collections and engage with potential customers.

6.Customer Interaction: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.

7.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies.

8.Sales Targets: Work toward achieving sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals. 9.Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and design teams based on customer interactions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the fashion industry. Fashion Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.


Preferred Qualifications:


E-commerce Exposure: Prior experience with e-commerce sales.

Digital Engagement: Familiarity with customer engagement techniques and conversion strategies on digital platforms.
