Technical Writer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, creative and result-oriented Technical Writer to join our fast-growing team. Our technical writer position is responsible for researching, developing and maintaining crisp user friendly technical contents for our new and existing products. This role involves working closely with internal teams to create the content of multiple products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand the documentation requirements.
• Create, edit, and update user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and other support materials.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical documentation.
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories.
• Assist in the development and implementation of documentation templates and style guides.
• Participate in documentation reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with product changes and update documentation accordingly.
• Assist in creating multimedia content such as diagrams, screenshots, and videos to enhance documentation.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence are advantageous for experienced candidates.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
