Job Description:Senior Technical Project Manager RoleThis is a strategic and technical leadership position responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM, ERP, and Analytics platforms.The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage and oversee project execution for diverse initiatives, including CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Demonstrable experience successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), and Analytics (e.g., Power BI) platforms.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.Prior hands-on experience as a software developer, business analyst, or solutions architect.
