Plot No. 438, Khata No. 211, Talabira, Sambalpur, Odisha – 768212   Employment Type: Full-Time---   Job Summary:   We are seeking a qualified and experienced MBBS OPD Doctor to provide high-quality primary and preventive healthcare services at our Adani Project site in Talabira, Sambalpur. The doctor will be responsible for attending OPD patients, managing general medical cases, and coordinating with emergency support when required.---   Key Responsibilities:   Provide medical consultation and treatment to employees and staff at the project site OPD.   Diagnose and manage common illnesses, minor injuries, and occupational health-related issues.   Maintain proper medical records, patient history, and documentation.   Conduct health check-ups, wellness programs, and awareness sessions for employees.   Coordinate with hospitals/ambulance services for referrals and emergencies.   Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety guidelines.   Monitor stock and usage of essential medicines and medical supplies.---   Qualifications & Requirements:   MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid registration (MCI/State Medical Council).   Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience (OPD/Industrial/Primary care preferred).   Strong clinical, diagnostic, and emergency management skills.   Ability to work independently at a project site environment.   Good communication and record-keeping skills.---   Compensation & Benefits:   Attractive salary package (commensurate with qualifications & experience).   Accommodation & local support facilities will be provided at site.   Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
