Senior Microsoft Dynamics Expert

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Expert with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and experience in other Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your expertise to implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics GP and related modules.Analyze business needs and transform them into functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Sustain high levels of performance by supporting modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Utilize tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder to enhance efficiency.Maintain system integrity through upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure seamless system adoption.Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).Proficiency in SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.Experience with .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
