Job Title: Backend DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced and skilled developer to join our team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software systems.This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals on exciting projects. Our team uses industry's latest technologies such as Redis, Postgres, and Cassandra to develop APIs using Python and Ruby on Rails.Rapidly develop scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems.Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems.Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.Contribute to growth through interviewing, onboarding, or other recruitment efforts.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SQL and noSQL databases, fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails, knowledge of web servers and web application servers, and experience with code repositories like Git.You should also be able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Strong organizational skills, analytical planning, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are required.Required Skills and Qualifications:BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.+5 years of experience.Strong knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases.Fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails.Knowledge of web servers and web application servers.Experience with code repositories like Git.Database design skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Benefits:We offer a fun and dynamic environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
