Dear Candidates, Greetings from TCS TCS is looking for AI Strategy & Transformation Specialist Experience: 6-8 years Location: Hyderabad /Bangalore/Mumbai MUST HAVE SKILLS: Align AI transformation with company's ambitious strategy knowing its strengths and weaknesses. Outline an assessment framework for AI maturity and identify gaps. Define and refine the corporate AI strategy, Vision, Roadmap and align it with the overall business goals and operating model transformation. Establish AI governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure responsible, compliant, and trustworthy AI development and application. Assess business processes to identify high-impact use cases where AI and Generative AI can automate tasks, improve decision-making, and create new business models. Identify AI use cases with apparent value and excel in creating staged transformation plans. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and communicate complex AI concepts and project outcomes to non-technical audiences to ensure alignment and secure buy-in. Plan and Drive enterprise-wide AI literacy and capability development programs, manage organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Develop actionable roadmaps, oversee the development and deployment of AI models, and ensure successful integration with existing systems and workflows. Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of AI implementations across departments and define clear metrics (KPIs) to measure success and track ROI.
