LevelUp is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Relations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients and the overall growth of our organisation. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client onboarding, creating communication channels, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- 1.Client Onboarding:
- Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to introduce them to our services and products.
- Ensure a smooth transition during the client's orientation phase.
- Address any onboarding queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- 2.Communication Channels:
- Create and manage Telegram groups for clients to facilitate ongoing communication and support.
- Maintain an active and engaging presence in these groups to foster a sense of community and provide real-time assistance.
- 3. Availability -
- You would be required to create a telegram channel for clients on all days depending on the need.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms.
- Assist customers in understanding our programs, services, and offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined time limits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Identify and report recurring customer concerns to improve service quality.
- Provide input to enhance customer service processes and policies.
- 4. Data Management -
- Maintaining on time data collection and internal database and being accountable for the same in non negotiable
- 5. Instalments collection -
- Collection of instalments from ongoing clients on a daily basis.
- 6. Collaboration -
- Provide accurate product/service information and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide quick solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer success or client management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms, including Telegram, Zoom, Google Sheets.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- A commitment to ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.
- A working laptop and good internet connection.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude towards customer needs.
- This role requires a dedicated and client-focused individual who can proactively engage with clients, manage communication channels effectively, and help drive the success of our clients.
