About us:mCaffeine is a dynamic personal care company.We proudly house two innovative brands, redefining the way personal care is experienced.Our mission is to deliver quality, creativity, and care to millions of consumers.Come join our team in packaging procurementThe Senior Executive – Packaging Procurement will manage end-to-end procurement for skincare and cosmetics packaging materials.This role focuses on vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand and product needs.Responsibilities include:Packaging Procurement: Sourcing and procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials.Vendor Management: Identifying, evaluating, and developing packaging suppliers.Negotiation & Cost Control: Executing procurement strategies to optimize cost, lead time, and supplier performance.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams.Innovation & Sustainability: Partnering with suppliers to introduce innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions.Process Management: Maintaining procurement trackers, cost sheets, and supplier databases.Performance Monitoring: Tracking key procurement KPIs such as cost variance, lead time, and vendor performance.Requirements:Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Packaging Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.Candidates from preferred educational institutes.Experience: 2–4 years of packaging procurement experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry.Key Skills:Strong procurement, negotiation, and analytical skills.Sound understanding of packaging materials and processes.Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar procurement tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
