As a Customer Experience Specialist at Vigoure Mixed Martial Arts, you'll be the friendly voice connecting with our community Your main goal is to ensure every person, from new inquiries to long-term members, has an outstanding experience with us. You'll help new people discover Vigoure, support our existing members in making the most of their journey, and contribute to our overall growth.Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings. Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Utilize persuasive and effective selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy. Provide information about promotions, upcoming events, and product updates.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Requirements:Previous experience in customer engagement, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential/existing customers.Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.Graduation in any field; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.Consistently exceed individual sales targets, actively contributing to and influencing overall team performance and strategic objectives.Maintain meticulous and analytical records of all interactions, sales pipelines, and customer data within the CRM, using insights to inform strategy.Benefits:Competitive base salary and attractive incentives.Friendly and collaborative work environment.
